These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AtTheConference (the “Service”), operated by At The Conference (“AtTheConference,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
AtTheConference provides lightweight conference hub pages for companies attending events. The Service may include company pages, links to third-party tools, and features that help visitors find schedules, booth information, updates, and contact details.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts and Access
At this stage, the Service may not require accounts. If we introduce accounts later, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerability)
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or spam
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Company Pages and User Content
The Service may display content provided by companies (including logos, schedules, event details, updates, and contact information). Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.
If you submit information through a company page (for example, a contact intake), you are responsible for what you provide, and you grant permission for that company and AtTheConference to process it to fulfill the intended purpose.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or embed third-party products (for example, scheduling tools, event platforms, or maps). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design and underlying software, is owned by AtTheConference and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our permission.
Company names, logos, and trademarks displayed on company pages are owned by their respective owners.
8. Beta / Early Access
The Service may be offered in beta. This means features may change, break, or be removed, and we may update or discontinue the Service at any time. We appreciate feedback, and by providing feedback you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtTheConference will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed $100.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or others.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you agree to the updated Terms.
